I must say...these are cooler than I anticipated. Look much better than the pics did IMO. The helmets don't stay on as well as I'd like them to though.

They do look better than the first pics shown. What are those stand they are on? Did they come with them? If not where did you get them?

The LOTR minis come with stands. Sauron didn't though.

How does it work? Do the LOTR figures have C3 feet? Or does the stand have a Square thing on top. Any pics of just the stand?

Yeah the LOTR Minimates have C3 feet. The 2.5" Minimates (these Archers, Aragorn, Orcs etc) have 2 holes on each foot whilst the 2" Minimates (Hobbits, Gimli etc) have the same size feet as the DC Minimates, with one hole.

In fact, due to when they came out, the LOTR Minimates were the first to get C3 feet as they beat the DC C3 stuff to retail.

Oh, and great pics prozac! Really looking forward to this set.

I was thinking that too! Maybe I'd get Sauron though...if I find him.

Sauron is a tower records exclusive...and he didn't come with a stand(at least mine didin't).

I never saw a Sauron....on 2nd thought, anyone find the super skrull and thing pack at tower?
